The Boro Bay Hotel in Borongan was clean and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. I did have a bit of disappointment with the nearby Baybay Blvd beach, but overall, the hotel itself was attractive and had a nice atmosphere. It was a great place to return to after my tours, even though renting the van with a driver for a day tour became quite expensive.
